During the xmas holidays we will be holding  a number of extra events, these are as follows:

SUNDAY 13^TH DECEMBER “TEA/BBQ RIDE” 3p.m £19.00 LIVERIES £13.00

This is a quiet out ride for riders of D badge standard and above and then back for tea/bbq. This is a good opportunity for riders who have not yet reached  advanced standard and can’t go on the usual out rides. Please mark your form with a “V” if you are vegetarian.

MONDAY 21^ST DECEMBER “D BADGE TEST” 11.30a.m £18.00

MONDAY 21^ST DECEMBER “H BADGE TEST” 2.00p.m £19.00

Please ask if you are ready to take the above tests before entering.

TUESDAY 22^ND DECEMBER “OWN A PONY DAY” 9.30a.m-4.30p.m £34.00 LIVERIES £29.00

This is an ideal opportunity to own a pony for a day and learn some aspects of pony care. This includes two hours riding and various stable management instruction. (this is not suitable for lead-rein riders).

Parents are requested not to stay.

WEDNESDAY 23^RD DECEMBER “FUN RIDES” 2p.m-4p.m £21.00 LIVERIES £20.00

This competition is open to anyone who has reached D badge standard. There will be a variety of games in which riders will collect points towards rosettes and small prizes. Riders will be grouped according to ability and the number of entries.

TUESDAY 29^TH DECEMBER “OWN A PONY DAY” 9.30a.m-4.30p.m £34.00 LIVERIES £29.00

As 22^nd December.

WEDNESDAY 30^TH DECEMBER “FANCY DRESS TEA RIDE” 2.15p.m £19.00 LIVERIES £13.00

The fancy dress will be judged at 2.15 (all fancy dress must be worn during the ride) this will be followed by a one hour ride out and then back for tea. This ride is for all age groups, all riders must be D badge standard or above. Please mark your form with a “V” if you are vegetarian.

If you wish to enter any of the above events, please fill in the attached form and return it at least one week before the event you wish to enter for with a deposit of £5 for all day events and £2 for all others.

On Thursday 24^th December there will be a fancy dress pub ride for adults only, please ask in the office for details.

There will be lessons for beginners at 10.30 on Thursday 24^th December and Thursday 31^st December to be booked in the usual way.

As from January 1^st all lessons will go up £1 to £16 for children and £17 for adults.

The points system will begin again for all the above events and on January 1^st for all lessons. All points accumulated throughout the year to the end of October 2010 will go towards the prize giving at the Presentation Evening in November. For a fuller explanation of the points system please ask in the office.
